It is not licensed, professional, legal, or real-estate advice. Qualified professionals remain responsible for inspection, diagnosis, estimates, and advice.

The approved $129 offer is for one property and one AI inspection analysis. It is one analysis for one submitted property, not unlimited reports, transferable credits, or multiple properties.

What is the optional $249 human-review add-on?

The optional $249 human-review add-on is one review of one completed base analysis. It requires the $129 base analysis and does not stand alone. It is currently commercially inactive and unavailable for checkout. The “Request human review” action on a completed result is an operational review request, not a live paid add-on purchase.

What is the $299 bundle?

The $299 bundle is exactly three properties and three analyses, with one analysis per property. It is commercially inactive and unavailable for checkout. It does not provide unlimited or transferable credits, and Nailnorth makes no savings claim for it.

What should I upload?

Accepted Answer

For the approved offer, upload one original inspection report as a PDF and provide the property location. The file must have a .pdf filename, application/pdf type, valid %PDF- bytes, and be larger than zero and no larger than 10 MiB. A screenshot, renamed non-PDF, empty, truncated, corrupted, or unreadable file is not a valid report. A .pdf extension alone does not validate the bytes.

Are raw photos included in the $129 offer?

No. Raw photo analysis is a separate existing intake and is not an included promise in the approved $129 one-property, one-AI-analysis offer. Do not treat the separate photo path as a second report or an included upload.

What if my PDF is invalid, corrupted, or unreadable?

If selection or local validation fails, choose the original PDF export again rather than a screenshot or renamed file. If the server or processor fails after the report is saved, keep the saved report and status, use retry when it is offered, and contact nailnorth@polsia.app instead of creating duplicate submissions.

What happens after I upload?

Accepted Answer

A saved report moves through Queued, Processing, and Complete, or it may reach Needs attention when processing fails. A failed saved report can be retried without uploading the same report again. Findings and the downloadable summary appear only after completion.

What do Queued, Processing, and Complete mean?

Accepted Answer

Queued means the saved report is waiting for processing. Processing means Nailnorth is reading and organizing the submitted evidence. Complete means the findings are ready in the authenticated results view. A failed or Needs attention state means processing did not finish; preserve the saved report and retry or contact support. No unapproved processing time or SLA is promised.

What will the results show?

Completed results separate routine items from potentially serious concerns, include uncertainty labels and source context when available, and may provide questions, next steps, and regional repair ranges as planning context. Results can be incomplete or uncertain when the source material is incomplete or unclear. Seek qualified professional follow-up for safety, scope, urgency, code, repair, legal, or transaction decisions.

When is the downloadable PDF summary available?

The downloadable PDF summary appears only after a completed analysis and is available from the authenticated results view for the authorized account and entitlement. The existing owner and entitlement checks still apply. It summarizes Nailnorth findings; it is not the original report, a certification, a diagnosis, a guarantee, or professional advice. If PDF generation fails, the findings remain available and you can try again or contact support.

Should I still contact a professional?

Yes. Nailnorth is decision support only and is not a substitute for a licensed inspector, contractor, engineer, attorney, real-estate professional, or other qualified professional. Use the result to frame questions and arrange on-site verification before a consequential decision.

What is the current refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel before processing starts, you receive a full refund. No refund is available after processing begins or delivery, except for duplicate charges, technical failure, or where required by law. Nailnorth does not issue refunds in app code; send a request to nailnorth@polsia.app.

How do I get support or request deletion?

Accepted Answer

Email nailnorth@polsia.app for support or deletion requests. The current customer terms use a two-business-day response target. Deletion requests go through the same support channel and are reviewed consistently with the privacy policy.

Are my reports used for model improvement?

No, not by default. Customer reports or analyses are used for model improvement only after explicit opt-in. See the existing customer terms and privacy policy for the current data-handling language.

Can I check out or buy an add-on or bundle now?

No. There is currently no live checkout, payment link, subscription, external payment activation, or promise of production readiness. The $249 human-review add-on and $299 three-property bundle remain inactive and unavailable for checkout while owner and platform prerequisites are unresolved.
